Myth Prior Knowledge

 This week for reading we had to do a pre reading task to find out what we know about myths before we start our new reading unit.  This is what I think.

 For this week we have been working on harry potter. For book day this week we had to decorate our door. we chose to do the train tunnel 9 3/4 from Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone. We have been doing activities around Harry Potter and here is my acrostic poem on Ron Weasley.

Descriptive Writing

My story

One dark abandoned old broken warehouse one chair sitting in the middle of the floor with graffiti on the walls. Suddenly!!! a movement from under Some boxes oh no said bob WHAT! said Tim a screeching noise! came out from the boxes in the storage area what said Tim what should we do run OK then said bob ceap up or else you will get killed!!! Oh why am i in the hospital said Tim well you broke your leg because you pounced  off a storage container.

I think you have used descriptive language and really extended yourself. The work ons I have would be proofreading for omissions and punctuation.                          

my descriptive paragraph

For writing we done a descriptive writing about two fishing boats. Mrs Clark gave this photo that we had to describe with nouns,verbs,adverbs,adjectives to brainstorm. We used these words to work on this paragraph. After we written we then self assessed to see which of the descriptive words to create a paragraph we used.  Next time i would like to include more details.

My paragraph

Sitting at an old Quite wharf. To sunken smashed fishing boats people that have never seen such thing before. Amazing said the two children. How did it get there said there mother that is pretty cool said. People say that it was washed up in 2002.
